I am 22 and have dry combinational skin. I have oily and watery eyes and have been struggling to find the right eye makeup products. This is a well-known, raved product in the green beauty, but I was sooooo disappointed. It is not waterproof, it is not smudge-proof, and it does not last long. It smudges immeditately on my eyes. Maybe it is because I have asian hooded eyes. But honestly, I do not think this product should be named waterproof. Swipe it on you hand, wait for a few minutes (I waited about 5) try your fingers over it, and it will smudge like crazy. And waterproof? It doesn’t even stand against smudging so waterproof is definitely not what it does. I don’t understand how many people are actually liking this product and saying its smudge-proof.
