I am 22 and have dry and very chapped lips. This is not a lip balm but is hydrating with a lot of color. Of course you need to exfoliate your lips if your lips aren’t in the best condition but it is worth it. I especially love the color bare it is the perfect my lips but better color, nothing can surpass that! I’ve used it for a year and will consistently purchase this! (shade Bare)
