I’m very excited to review 100 Percent Pure’s new pressed eyeshadow shades, satin eyeshadow shades & blushes today. I’m a 100% Pure Approved Blogger which means that I have the opportunity to test their newest products and share my personal opinion with you all. A big thank you to 100% Pure and of course, you, for reading. Check out my full brand review here and use discount code OBL. to save 20%. Here’s what I love about these compact little gems:
Great Pigmentation
They always seem to get it right in terms of depth of pigmentation. These products give you bold, vibrant, beautiful colors that are wearable.
Versatility
These products are versatile and because the ingredients are as always 100% pure it doesn’t matter where on your face you use them. The satin eyeshadow pots make for beautiful soft blushes & highlighters. The blush pots can be used as lip tints.
Long Lasting
The durability always depends on what I’m up to that particular day, the weather, whether I’ve primed my skin well before applying makeup etc. But I usually find that it will last the entire day with a touch up needed if I want to wear it into the night.
Texture
The texture of the pressed eyeshadows is perfect- it’s velvety, buttery, and glides on smoothly. However I was a less a fan of the texture of the pots. I was expecting it to be the whipped mousse-like texture of conventional cream pots and was surprised to find it was a more solid hardened texture. Because it’s solid the product is quite dense and you only need a little to go a long way.
