This shampoo and conditioner work well. I tried it on my wavy, thick hair that’s prone to frizzies and flyaways, and on my daughter’s very thick, very curly hair. I don’t think the conditioner is moisturizing enough for my daughter’s thick curls, but it was fine for my wavy hair. The scent is nice, but i think that it’s a little too strong in my opinion. Overall the products work well, but for that price they’re not something I would purchase in the future.

I’ll start by saying that I have shoulder length, very curly, thick, color-treated mature hair. I’ve been testing the SmartCurl Hydrating Wash and the SmartCurl Hydrating Conditioner for 3 weeks now. I generally only shampoo and condition my hair 2-3 times per week. I am very impressed with these products. They left my hair so soft, light and shiny. Using minimal amounts, the shampoo lathered nicely and detangled my curls beautifully. The conditioner felt like it locked in moisture and helped minimize frizziness. They both have a nice and light fruity fragrance. I would be curious to try their styling products! I did notice that the products seem a bit pricey, but using such small amounts and getting the super results that I did, makes it a great investment! Loving these products!
