This is a great sunscreen for the body. It does have white cast to it and it is rather thick but I don’t have any trouble blending it in. I have very fair skin and so far, no sunburns. I have not tried to swim with this though, I would imagine you would need to reapply every 2 hours. Overall a nice, healthy, natural way to protect yourself from the Sun this Summer. It has a sort of green pine scent to it which does not bother me.
