I received the delivery on the day of my 45th birthday, and exactly when i most needed it. This magical gift arrived in a beautiful packaging. Even the name – I am The Light – how delightful is that. As the box was promising i was even more excited to open it. And not to be dissapointed. The scent of I am The Light is absolutely divine- the smell of rose petals and jasmine. It is subbtle and light but grounding at the same time. You just want to have a precious drop of this gorgeous product and dive into the joyous experience. It is to be enjoyed and used spraingly, as you would use an essence of Life. I used I am The Light religiously, about 2-3 drops morning and night for 4 weeks. I have dry skintype, that tends to get dehydrated – weather conditions( Norway), air conditioner,stress ect. First and foremost I am The Light oil seems to really calm your mind. Just the aroma and the gentle feel of it. So i used it as an antidepressant as well. It really helps to sooth irritated skin. I needed to use a couple of drops of pure avocado oil with I am The Light to provide enough nourishment for my skin. Plus my daily cream/serum. But i believe that for summer, or if i lived in a warmer climate, it would have been just enough. I loved I am The Light( i still have a bit left for a day or two) and i certainly want to try other products from Max and Me as well.
