It has a lightweight serum consistency that feels so hydrating and weightless. The formula is organic and skincare-centric with coconut alkanes as an alternatives to silicones. Exa Beauty Universal Primer feels like a juicy, hydrating serum and contains a relatively pared-back list of 18 ingredients. The vegan formula is silicone free and has Prickly Pear, Blue Spirulina and Niacinamide. This preps my skin with a hydrated matte base.
