Instanatural has been making affordable clean skincare since 2013. They’re focused on actives and botanicals with their Vitamin C range being the most popular Instanatural products. I tried the Instanatural Vitamin C Cleanser, Toner, Serum, Moisturizer, Peel and Scrub and am sharing my thoughts in today’s review.
Their previous packaging never really appealed to me, but their recent updated look is a lot more modern and pleading to the eye.
Instanatural Vitamin C Cleanser
This is a very thin and liquid-like gel cleanser that’s gentle yet effective. While it retails for $29 on the Instanatural website, it’s less than $20 on Amazon. The Vitamin C Cleanser contains Vitamin C, Aloe Vera, Coconut Water and botanical extracts and doesn’t leave my skin feeling stripped.
Instanatural Vitamin C Toner
The Vitamin C toner comes in a hefty glass bottle and has a very subtle citrus scent. This is a mild, gentle toner and contains Vitamin C, Witch Hazel, botanical extracts and skin-nourishing oils like meadowfoam, carrot seed and more.
Vitamin C Moisturizer
The Vitamin C Moisturizer is like a silky gel-cream versus a creamy cream and contains Vitamin C, Hyaluronic Acid, Niacinamide, and botanical extracts. This fees lightweight and sinks into skin easily – overall a pleasant moisturizer to use if you don’t want a rich or heavy cream.
Vitamin C Scrub
The Vitamin C Scrub was a miss for me. If I’m being brutally honest, it felt like mush with some exfoliation benefits to me and didn’t feel all that useful in my routine.
Vitamin C Serum
Lightly yellow tinged and goopy in consistency, the Vitamin C serum is lightweight and hydrating with Vitamin C + Ferulic Acid to help brighten. It doesn’t feel particularly strong to me in comparison to far more potent Vitamin C serums, but it does feel wonderfully hydrating.
