I tried a dozen Naturium’s bestseller skincare products and am dishing all my thoughts. Naturium is gluten free, cruelty free, vegan, synthetic fragrance free and dermatologist tested, pH-balanced, and the best part, truly affordable and accessible! Their offerings of skin and body care products are sooo extensive, so I’m sharing my top favorites from this line.

Is Naturium Clean Beauty?
Naturism isn’t all natural and on the lower end of the spectrum in terms of ingredient purity. They do use plenty of synthetics and chemical preservatives like phenoxyethanol and polysorbate.

I tried Dew Glow Moisturizer SPF 50
I looove how creamy, silky and lightweight this moisturizer with a whopping SPF 50 is! This feels like a luxurious sunscreen and moisturizer in one product but for a fraction of the usual cost. Even though it’s called Dew Glow, I didn’t find it to be have an overly dewy finish. It absorbs effortlessly and my skin looks and feels hydrated. Plus this works really well under makeup and helps prep the skin. This is not a mineral based sunscreen, so that’s my only complaint. It has a handful of great skincare actives like niacinamide, Squalane, and sodium hyaluronate but it also contains Homosalate, Octisalate and Avobenzone.

I tried Multi Peptide Moisturizer
I’ve tried tooons of luxury face creams and I was so impressed by Naturium’s moisturizer. It truly feels and looks like a prestige product for just a small fraction of the cost. This is mid-weight and is neither truly light nor rich in consistency but feels impactful enough that skin is deeply moisturized. It’s got a thoughtful blend of ingredients and actives like multi-peptides, encapsulated ethylated vitamin C, panthenol, Niacinamide, jojoba seed oil and sodium hyaluronate. There’s no scent or fragrance added and it has a very pleasant silky texture that applies and sinks in seamlessly. I have no complaints on this one!
I tried Naturium Glycolic Body Wash and Retinol Body Lotion
I’m blown away by Naturium’s body care line! If you’ve got a body skin issue, Naturium most likely has a solution body wash for it. Love that they focus on problem solving products that help fight bacne and kerastosis pilaris (strawberry skin). Their Glycolic Body Wash contains an AHA blend including glycolic, lactic, pyruvic and tartaric acids along with red algae. There are some synthetics included but I do appreciate this particular product doesn’t have phenoxyethanol or polysorbate. This feels soo hydrating and nourishing and I feel that it gently exfoliates my skin so that it’s smoother and more supple.
Their Skin Renewing Retinol Body Lotion is not only affordable but also effective. My body is now showing signs of aging, especially the areas that have been exposed to the sun the most like my arms and legs. I used this consistently for two weeks and felt like my skin had better texture with a more even tone. This feels lightweight and sinks in so well, so there’s no greasy or heavy residue left after applying. The Glow Getter Multi Oil Body Butter is a lot richer in consistency and perfect to layer on top to keep the retinol from drying out my skin. I make sure to be generous with sunscreen whenever I’m using retinol body lotions since skin is a lot more sensitive!

I tried BHA Liquid Exfoliant
This is such a lovely exfoliant that gets the job done without costing an arm and a leg. It’s got 2% salicylic acid along with fruit acids to slough away dead skin cells, leaving my feeling super refreshed and smoother. This one feels special because it’s got encapsulated salicylic acid for optimal stability. I give the bottle a good shake and apply directly onto my skin without rinsing it off. I’ll go in with my serums and moisturizer right after. At under $19 I feel that this performs just as well as any other $40+ acid toner.

I tried Multi Peptide Advanced Serum
Their Multi Peptide Advanced Serum is also a powerhouse product that feels like a $50 serum for just $25. I’m so impressed that it has advanced actives like encapsulated copper peptides, Argireline Amplified peptide, encapsulated ferulic acid and collagen. This product is great for fine lines and wrinkles and feels more suitable for those of us who are tackling real signs of aging. As the seasons shifted I felt like my skin was drier than usual and incorporating this serum has helped my skin go back to its normal, healthy self. It feels light and hydrating with no sticky or heavy sensation.
I tried their Vitamin C Super Serum Plus
I’ve tested both the regular Naturium Vitamin C serum and their Vitamin C Super Serum Plus and I much much much prefer the latter. It’s more powerful and packed with the actives I’m looking for. I love that it packs in a ton of actives like vitamin c, retinol, hyaluronic acid, niacinamide and salicylic acid, with Glutathione high up in the ingredients list. Overall I found this to be an effective Vitamin C Serum that helps with smoothing and brightening the skin. If you have sensitive skin though I would proceed with caution as I have to make sure I’m providing plenty of soothing and nourishing support to avoid irritation.
